Deluxe Ohana Unit

This small addition was designed to be an attached studio with a large accessible bathroom for an elderly parent as well as a kitchenette in the living area. Above all, the design elements had to be in line with the neighborhood, which was constantly becoming more affluent so resale value would reflect the times. NOTE! Legislation is in the works to allow ohana dwellings in the City and County of Honolulu. Are you interested in an additional stream of income?
