I recently completed construction on our new beachfront home in Kailua. I would recommend Toby to anyone who is looking for a competent builder. We appreciate his working with the architect, overseeing multiple subcontractors, and the attention to all the architectural details and finishes. From translating a rough sketch I drew out for a trellis to smoothing things out with neighbors during construction, I would recommend Toby to any homeowner embarking on a home building project.

We were introduced to Toby of TM Builders by our designer.
My first impression of Toby was he was straight forward and understood how to relate to the local style of doing business.We contracted him to completely renovate a two bedroom, two bath condominium including the kitchen and living areas. We found Toby to be easy to deal with and felt comfortable with recommendations he made for changes, etc.He was proactive in making suggestions and handling unforeseen issues. He was always responsive.
He does quality work and in fact our lanai window contractor commented on the quality of his work.
Would I use Toby again? YES!
